Duties & Responsibilities: Job is not limited to but includes the following: 

• Responsible for putting the truck away 

• Training new team members on inventory 

• Ensuring inventory stays organized 

• Placing Truck Order 

• Helping Kitchen if needed 

• Adding on to truck if inventories low 

Basic knowledge of:

• Filters

• Boil outs 

• Opening procedures

• Food safety 

Qualifications

• Must be able to work four 5:30AM-10:00AM a week

• Must be trained in our breading raw area

• Fill out the expression of interest form

• Take food safety pathway course 

• Must be able to work 25+hours a week
