Kitchen Team Leader
Duties & Responsibilities: Job is not limited to but includes the following:
Ensure that food is being cooked & held at proper temperatures in accordance with Chick-fil-A standards. Quality is maintained at all times.
Ensure that all Team Members are following food safe procedures and precautions
Ensure that all equipment holding TCS foods are maintaining proper temperatures and are being cared for regularly and appropriately
Stay abreast of all Food Safety Guidelines and regulations
Help with Safe Daily's
Help with Temp Checks
Help run breaks
Help move team around if super busy
Ensure the team is cleaning/stocking at all times
Ensure the team is following proper AHA procedures
Ensure the team is following Jolt procedures
Ensure that boxes and inventory are being rotated and placed in the correct spot
Ensure kitchen cleanliness
Basic Knowledge of:
Filters
Boil outs
Opening and or/Closing procedures
Food safety
Qualifications
Recommendation letters from two shift leaders
Must be able to work either three closing (5-Close), three middle shifts(10AM-5PM), three openings(5:30AM-2PM). (Mix matched shifts aren't allowed, the team needs consistency )
Must be able to work five closing (5-Close), three middle shifts(10AM-5PM), three openings(5:30AM-2PM). (Mix matched shifts aren't allowed, the team needs consistency ) for full time
Must excel and pass position certifications during busy hours(Night crew will do certifications, Saturday during lunch)
Fill out the expression of interest form
Take food safety pathway course
Must be able to work 25+hours a week
Must be able to work 40+ hours a week(full time)
