Hospitality Team Leader

Duties & Responsibilities: Job is not limited to but includes the following:

  • Set and relay expectations to other order takers 

  • Core 4 

  • Repeating Orders 

  • Asking for names 

  • Asking for sauces 

  • Making sure areas are clean

  • Making sure team members are stocking 

  • Making sure second mile is happening

  • Making sure guest are being greeted 

  • Making sure dining room is clean

  • Drawer counting 

Basic Technical Knowledge of:

  • Knowledge of how the Chick-fil-A App works

  • Menu Subs 

  • DOCs 

  • Terminals .... how to ring in complicated orders 

  • How to recognize where people need help and to step in on the fly 

Qualifications

  • Recommendation letters from two shift leaders

  • Must be able to work either three closing (5-Close), three middle shifts(10AM-5PM), three openings(5:30AM-2PM). (Mix matched shifts aren't allowed, the team needs consistency )  for part time.

  • Must be able to work either five closing (5-Close), five middle shifts(10AM-5PM), five openings(5:30AM-2PM). (Mix matched shifts aren't allowed, the team needs consistency ) for full time.

  • Fill out the expression of interest form and complete checklist

  • Must be able to work 25+hours a week(part time)

  • Must be able to work 40+ hours a week(full time)
