Hospitality Team Leader
Duties & Responsibilities: Job is not limited to but includes the following:
Set and relay expectations to other order takers
Core 4
Repeating Orders
Asking for names
Asking for sauces
Making sure areas are clean
Making sure team members are stocking
Making sure second mile is happening
Making sure guest are being greeted
Making sure dining room is clean
Drawer counting
Basic Technical Knowledge of:
Knowledge of how the Chick-fil-A App works
Menu Subs
DOCs
Terminals .... how to ring in complicated orders
How to recognize where people need help and to step in on the fly
Qualifications
Recommendation letters from two shift leaders
Must be able to work either three closing (5-Close), three middle shifts(10AM-5PM), three openings(5:30AM-2PM). (Mix matched shifts aren't allowed, the team needs consistency ) for part time.
Must be able to work either five closing (5-Close), five middle shifts(10AM-5PM), five openings(5:30AM-2PM). (Mix matched shifts aren't allowed, the team needs consistency ) for full time.
